It is possible to order the selected piece of jewelry of different material. Please contact our colleagues by phone or e-mail to discuss the details. In this case, the purchase is considered as an individual order, so please be aware that it is no longer covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal.
CAN I RETURN THE JEWELRY I HAVE PURCHASED?
Yes, this is possible. You can return the jewelry in person or by post to the Bojti Jewelry Manufactory within 14 days of receiving it. In this case, you will be responsible for the postage. After that, the jewelry goes through a quality check in every case, and if there is no loss of quality on the object, we will return the purchase price to you within 30 days.

WHAT GUARANTEE DO WE PROVIDE FOR OUR JEWELERY?
Jewelry is an object made of precious metal, which must be protected from harsh physical effects, scratching, rubbing, grinding, as well as from various chemical substances, such as chemicals, medicine, cosmetics, perfume, etc. The above-mentioned preservation of jewelry means the intended use. If there is damage to the jewelry in compliance with these, i.e. a manufacturing defect, we will certainly repare it. Signs of natural wear and tear caused by everyday use will be repaired free of charge for 2 years from the date of purchase.
After 2 years from the date of purchase, we can renew the jewelry purchased at our store for a fee.
Any kind of servicing of the purchased jewelry should be carried out exclusively by the specialists of the Bojti Jewelry Manufactory, if the purchased jewelry is repaired at a different manufactory, the Bojti manufacturer’s warranty will be lost.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE WHEN IT ARRIVES?
From the first step of the order to the last, we act with the utmost care. We send our jewelry to you in elegant and perfectly safe packaging, as it is possible. The elegant jewelry box containing the jewelry is placed in a special, serially numbered protective bag specially developed for this purpose. A video is made about the packaging process. If there is any complaint from the buyers side, it is always his responsibility to provide the proof of the problem. In case of any possible damage, theft or lost package during transport, we provide external insurance for additional protection.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
You can pay by bank card through the Barion site that provides the security of the payment or the money can be transferred in advance.
Regarding the currency, you can pay in euro and forint.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE PACKAGE?
A part of the products are available immediately but the other part is located in our external warehouse. We will send the product in 2-5 working days, but no later than 2 weeks. We try to manage it as soon as possible. After ordering, we will inform you about the expected delivery date by phone and/or e-mail.
