JEWELLERY INFORMATION

Beauty is not everything, perhaps surprisingly, but it is also true of the world of jewellery

We think it’s essential that the shape, colour and style of the jewellery captivates and impresses. If you want to make a really good choice that you’ll enjoy every day of your life, there are many factors to consider in addition to the beauty of the jewellery. On this page we show you some of the design options that allow you to personalise your jewellery when you order it.

We welcome you to our showroom, where we will give you a full explanation of our jewellery.

ALLOYS

Alloys are mixtures of precious metals and other dissimilar metals in which the proportions of the alloying elements have been developed over many years. The value given for the fineness of the precious metal – for example, 585 and 750 for gold, or 950 for platinum and palladium – indicates the content of the non-ferrous metal in the alloy in thousands of parts per million.

The materials used by Bojti Jewellery are all nickel-free, so that allergic reactions in nickel-sensitive people are guaranteed to be avoided.

Our jewellery can be made from a wide range of materials used in the precious metals industry, from platinum to precious steel, as required.

DIAMOND

We only use high quality, selected diamonds to enhance the durability of our jewellery. Come to our showroom and learn about the world of diamonds, their types and grading criteria!

Diamonds are graded according to parameters other than their brilliance and beauty.

International standards categorise diamonds according to 5C.

1C Color / colour /

The degree of colour determines the degree of colourlessness. The classification uses the letters of the Anglo-Saxon alphabet, from D to Z.

2C Clarity / purity /

The clarity of the diamond indicates the presence, number, position and size of any inclusions that can only be seen at 10x magnification.

Purity determines the degree of perfection.

3C Cut / grinding /

The cut indicates the shape of the diamond and the proportions of its cut. The Bojti Jewellery Manufactury uses only diamonds with high quality cut, proportions and symmetry.

4C Carat / weight /

The weight of a diamond is measured in carats, which is an essential element for its valuation. Measured in metric carats (ct), one carat is equal to one fifth of a gram (0.20g).

5C Confidence / trust /

It is important that you trust the jeweller to choose the right diamond for you. The jewellers at Bojti Jewellery are committed to finding you the perfect stone for the jewellery of your choice.

’Diamonds have their own world view. Every diamond warns us to be cautious, for it is no small thing to wish for eternal life, however unattainable it may be. For isn’t that what wearing a diamond is all about, to bring out the beauty of a beloved being and at the same time acknowledge its impermanence and the nobility of impermanence?”

SURFACE

All jewellery is immaculate on delivery, but may show signs of wear and scratches during use. All Bojti Jewellery is finished with a special surface hardening process to minimise surface damage.

Our hoop rings are available with a variety of surface finishes.

ENGRAVING

In addition to the Hungarian trademark, your ordered jewellery will also bear the trademark of the Bojti Jewellery Manufactory. On request, we will also display all the important parameters of the stones used. You can make your rings completely unique with your own internal engraving.

CREATIVITY

The Bojti Jewellery Manufactory offers you the opportunity to create the jewellery that best expresses your individuality, according to your specific needs.

Our manufactory does not believe in 3D design and visual design, so the jewellery is designed and modeled with the full involvement of the customer, so that it becomes a truly tangible masterpiece.

PRECIOUS METALS

At the Bojti Jewellery Manufactory, we use almost 20 different precious metal alloys to make our jewellery, which is unique in our country.

In addition to the more common gold alloys, we also manufacture our jewellery in a variety of platinum and palladium alloys. For those looking for something more special, we also offer tantalum and stainless steel.
